Her legal training, combined with hands-on experience as a Legal Intern at the São Paulo State Court, allows her to bring a structured, compliance-aware mindset to executive operations.

Previously, Thainara worked for nearly a decade in Brazil as a Sales Manager at Loja São João Batista, where she developed deep expertise in team leadership, client relations, and strategic sales growth.
