Leonardo Senna de Castro is a Policy Advisor and Public Affairs expert with a passion for policy development and compliance. He has over six years of experience in policy analysis, advisory, and implementation, as well as immigration law. He has graduated the double master's degree in Public Policy and Human Development at Maastricht University and United Nations University-MERIT, where he enhanced his skills in research, data analysis, and policy development.
As the founder, CEO, and Senior Policy Analyst of SDC Global Services, I lead a team of consultants who provide policy and program analysis, advisory, and implementation services to clients across various sectors and regions. I also offer public engagement, event management, translation, and interpretation services, leveraging my multilingual skills in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Additionally, I am a licensed notary public in Maryland and Virginia.
